Are you looking for the best restaurants on Nusa Lembongan? After traveling in Bali and Lembongan for 14 years now, I have tried my fair share.
It can be hard to keep up with all the new cafés and restaurants popping up all over Bali and the neighboring islands these days. So I thought I’d do a Nusa Lembongan restaurant guide to wrap up all my posts from this little paradise for now.
There’s no secret that my favorite thing to do is eat. I aim to try out a new restaurant or warung at least once a day when I’m in Indo. I’m not into the super fancy places where you get a little leaf on your plate (not that there are many of those on Lembongan anyway), so the spots I’ve chosen as my top 10 favorites are all laidback, friendly and offer good value.
So without further ado, here are the 10 best restaurants on Nusa Lembongan and Ceningan.
Article overview
10 best restaurants Nusa Lembongan
1. BALI ECO DELI
Jalan Raya Jungut Batu
My favorite lunch spot on the island, Bali Eco Deli, is open every day from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Everything on the menu is made in-house using fresh ingredients sourced from organic & fair-trade farms. I especially love their fresh salads and the banana bread is to die for.
They provide free high-speed WiFi for guests and are the only café on Lembongan offering free water refills when using non-disposable or reusable containers.
There is no secret that Bali and Lembongan have a garbage and plastic problem, it’s floating everywhere. Bali Eco Deli has set up a small recycling program trying to change this. So if you bring some plastic, you’ll get a 10% discount on your whole order. How awesome is that!?
They now also have healthy ice pops, like the Dragon fruit and Pineapple one you see above.
2. B’FRESH JUICE BAR & COFFEE CORNER
South end of Jungut Batu beach
B’Fresh Juice Bar is a true hidden gem, look for the ‘Juice Bar & Coffee Corner’ sign! The always friendly Putu runs the place by herself with only a little help from her daughter but still manages to whip up some incredibly tasty Indonesian and Western food.
I especially enjoyed the bacon & egg roll and the mouthwatering whole-wheat pancakes with tropical fruits and curd. Apparently, her chicken burger is the best on the island, it’s a shame I didn’t get time to taste it.
I don’t know the opening hours exactly but I think they open around 8 am. You can also have your drinks takeaway, maybe a healthy juice or smoothie after surfing Lembongan’s world-class waves? Cheap and tasty all the way!
3. AGUNG BEACH CLUB
Mangrove Forest Road
Agung Beach Club is a little picture-perfect bohemian warung/beach club up by the Mangrove Forest where you can chill out all day. They serve Indonesian food specializing in Sate and also make a killer chocolate pancake. And best of all it’s cheap cheap cheap!
I wrote in more detail about Agung Beach Club here.
4. LEMONGRASS BAR & RESTAURANT
Jalan Raya Jungut Batu
Lemongrass is a fairly new and easy-to-spot bar & restaurant right on Jungut Batu main road. Born from a 100% local initiative, the restaurant serves beautifully presented Indonesian and Western food.
I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the prices are high, but I think they’re quite reasonable for what you get.
The restaurant is open every day from 8:00 am – 11:00 pm, so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening refreshments.
Happy Hour with 2-for-1 cocktails is on from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm and best of all they offer a free pick up and drop off service! Sometimes they also have live music in the evenings, look for posters around the island to see when it’s on.
5. TIGERLILLYS
Jalan Raya Jungut Batu
Tigerlillys feels like a tropical oasis with wooden bungalows, a pool and palm trees all around. Whoever did the interior decorating of the restaurant area really went the extra mile. You’d never think a place like this exists just off the busy main road of Jungut Batu!
I usually come here for the good pizza, as it’s the best I’ve had so far on the island. They also make some mean cocktails, so despite my best efforts, having one is usually impossible. And to top it off, the menu also includes acai bowls, which are quite hard to come by in these parts.
They’re open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, from 7:30 am – 10:00 pm. Look for the turquoise building!
6. MARIA’S BOEMBOE BALI WAROENG
Located down an alley off Jalan Raya Jungut Batu. You’ll find the exact location on Tripadvisor.
I love this warung! First of all the food is super cheap and delicious. Especially the fried eggplant dish and the chicken in sweet and sour sauce.
The restaurant itself is more like a shack made out of recycled wood with communal seating and windows into the kitchen so you can see all the food being prepared. The vibe is super chill, just how I like it. In addition, the owners and staff are all very nice and always make you feel welcome.
The best part about this place is that you can join a cooking class for only 75k Rp. per person + the cost of the meal you choose to cook off the menu (which isn’t much).
7. SRI REJEKI BISTRO
Nusa Ceningan, keep right off the yellow bridge
So I decided to include two restaurants located on Nusa Ceningan on this list. You can zip over there on a motorbike in just a few minutes so it doesn’t really feel like two different islands.
We stopped at Sri Rejeki Bistro on our way to Secret Beach because of the sushi sign outside and it did not disappoint. This was the best sushi I’ve had in Indonesia for a long time. So fresh and tasty with some interesting flavor combinations. They also offer a range of Indonesian and Western dishes for those of you who don’t care for raw fish!
The owner is super nice and was so happy to get some customers. While we were enjoying our meal another couple came in and asked for help because their hotel hadn’t picked them up at the Yellow Bridge as promised.
He then spent the next 15 minutes calling around trying to find the number for their accommodation and then had them pick the couple up at the restaurant. That’s what I call going the extra mile for guests (who didn’t even spend any money).
8. NICK’S PLACE
Don’t know the exact address, you’ll find the location on Tripadvisor
Nick serves up some juicy grilled ribs and chicken. The menu is kind of limited, but everything I’ve tasted so far has been delicious, much thanks to the homemade “special” BBQ sauce.
Nick’s Place is also known for making the best coffee on the island. Good news for you coffee drinkers, as they’re open from 7:00 am – 11:00 pm every day.
Nick is the sweetest guy and will help you with whatever you might need. He’ll drive you back to your accommodation, keep you company while you eat if you’re alone or make recommendations for your stay. Whatever makes the customer happy.
Look for the bright orange building and a sign that says coffee and ribs. Definitely a must on Lembongan.
9. THE DECK
Jungut Batu Boardwalk
Wow, the view from The Deck is insane! This is really a Lembongan institution that I think should be experienced at least once.
It’s a bit more expensive than most other places on the island, but what you pay for is essentially the stunning, tropical setting. Read more in my complete review of The Deck.
10. LE PIRATE BEACH CLUB
Nusa Ceningan
Le Pirate Beach Club really ticks all the boxes in my book. Delicious food, tropical drinks and a chill atmosphere, all set in a picturesque location. Do places like this really exist? Yes apparently so.
It’s located on Nusa Ceningan just a short drive from Lembongan over the Yellow Bridge. Be sure to check out my Le Pirate Beach Club review.
UPDATE: I can also recommend Ketut’s Warung located down a narrow alley in Jungut Batu if you’re after some hearty and affordable local food.

I’m happy to hear you found it helpful! La Kaban (which isn’t on the list yet) does seafood very well 😋 Or just walk along the beach to see what looks the best on that day!
